How much is a point worth?

100 points = £1 and you can redeem at checkout in multiples of £5 / 500 points for instant discounts.
How do I earn points?

Rewards points are earned against your email address - even if you've never signed in before, all your previous orders have earned you points. To redeem the points you'll need to sign in using that email address before checking out.
How do I redeem points for a single order discount?

This is for orders that have no Subscribe & Save items.

You can redeem your points for single order discounts in multiples of $5 up to $30 currently. There are 2 ways to redeem your points:

(OPTION 1) Instant Redemption In Checkout

If you sign in to your account and then checkout you are given the option to instantly redeem your points for a discount on your order:

(OPTION 2) Generate A Discount Code To Use Later

  1. Sign in, if you haven't already
  2. Open your Rewards Dashboard (show me)
  3. Click on Ways to redeem
  4. Choose the discount you want:

This will generate a discount code for you to enter during checkout.
Can I earn points from past orders?

Yes. You have been earning points against your email address, regardless of whether or not you have been aware of this rewards program.
I've had an account for ages, have I been earning points?

Yes, all orders have been earning points.
Do I earn points from Subscribe & Save orders?

Yes, all purchases earn points including Subscribe & Save.
